I’ve spent most of my career working in businesses with clients so when I went out on my own, I figured I had it handled.
But there was one thing I wasn’t prepared for.
Working with clients when you’re the boss is very, very different than in an agency or consulting firm.
There’s a delicate balance between all things you need to run your own business and serving your clients.
And I know I’m not alone.
